Libar is free forever with local-only storage: the full viewer, highlights, shapes, bookmarks, quotes and search on the current page. Premium is tailored to you instead of fixed tiers. It adds cloud sync across devices, full PDF search, saved custom components and export, and you choose how much cloud storage you need plus optional add-ons: AI (component builder and reading helper) and Education (groups, scoring, publishing and version history).
